Eric M. Levitt

Eric specializes in the acquisition, development, and financing of opportunistic value add real estate. He has been active in the commercial and residential arena for over 35 years and owns in excess of 2,000,000 sq feet of commercial properties on his own and in various partnerships / joint ventures.

Prior to founding EML Realty Partners, Eric was the owner of a local home building and land development company in Maryland that was sold to a NYSE public company in 2005. Afterward, he formed EML Management a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of strategically located, income-producing commercial properties in the Maryland market. This entity still exists and holds ownership in many of the properties owned in Maryland.

EML Realty Partners was created in 2016 as Eric decided to relocate full-time to South Florida with his family and transition his focus to building a bigger commercial real estate portfolio in Florida.

Eric was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland and is a graduate of St. Paul’s School For Boys. He received his BA from Franklin and Marshall College and was a member of the Men's NCAA Lacrosse Team.
