Eric M. Levitt

Eric specializes in the acquisition, development, and financing of value-add real estate, with more than 35 years of experience across commercial and residential markets. He has built and managed a portfolio exceeding 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties through individual holdings and joint venture partnerships.

 

Prior to founding EML Realty Partners, Eric owned a home building and land development company in Maryland that was sold to a NYSE-listed public company in 2005. He subsequently formed EML Management, a private real estate investment firm focused on acquiring income-producing commercial properties in the Maryland market — an entity that continues to hold assets in the region today.

 

EML Realty Partners was established in 2016 when Eric relocated to South Florida and directed his focus toward building a larger commercial real estate portfolio across Florida's growing industrial markets.

 

Eric was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. He is a graduate of St. Paul's School for Boys and earned his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College, where he was a member of the Men's NCAA Lacrosse Team.
