Led by industry veteran Eric M. Levitt, EML brings more than 35 years of experience spanning acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management across Florida’s most active industrial markets. The firm has successfully invested across traditional warehouses, shallow-bay warehouses, industrial outdoor storage (IOS), and flex industrial properties—asset classes with strong demand fundamentals and limited new supply.
