Led by industry veteran Eric M. Levitt, EML brings more than 35 years of experience spanning acquisitions, development, leasing, and asset management across Florida’s most active industrial markets. The firm has successfully invested across shallow-bay warehouses, industrial outdoor storage (IOS) facilities, and flex industrial properties—asset classes with strong demand fundamentals and limited new supply.

Our approach is opportunistic yet disciplined. We target assets with below-market rent profiles, near-term lease rollovers, or transitional tenancy that present clear repositioning paths.
