Rob brings 29 years of experience across commercial real estate, including development, property management, acquisitions, sales, marketing, and brokerage. His hands-on, execution-focused approach — informed by multiple market cycles — supports disciplined transaction management, effective risk mitigation, and consistent value creation for investors.

Rob has led acquisitions, redevelopment, entitlement, and asset management initiatives across office and industrial properties, with expertise in identifying underperforming assets, navigating complex approval processes, and enhancing long-term performance. His experience spans site selection and feasibility analysis, coordination with design and construction teams, investor relations and due diligence management, and oversight of multi-property portfolios.

Outside of work, Rob is active in church and community outreach and stays active through fitness, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, and time with family.
