Kevin Tehan​

Kevin is a Managing Director and Principal at ColumbiaNational, where he focuses on raising debt and equity capital for real estate developers and investors across the United States, spanning both single-asset and portfolio transactions.

​

Since joining ColumbiaNational in 2014, Kevin has executed more than 250 transactions totaling over $5 billion in deal volume, working with more than 50 capital sources across 16 states. His experience spans all major commercial asset classes, including apartments, office, retail, flex, industrial, self-storage, and hospitality.

 

Kevin is active in the philanthropic community through the University of Maryland Medical System and Kennedy Krieger Institute, and currently serves on the board of the Community College of Baltimore County.
