Claudia Duarte​

Claudia brings more than five years of commercial real estate coordination experience to EML Realty Partners, managing everything from seller and buyer contract coordination to vendor and client relations and executive-level administrative support.

In her role, Claudia works closely with general contractors, engineers, developers, and service providers to keep properties code-compliant and address tenant concerns. She also manages executive calendars, travel arrangements, and a wide range of administrative functions supporting senior management across business operations.

A longtime South Florida resident, Claudia is bilingual, a licensed notary public, and holds more than ten training certificates with the Federal Emergency Management Agency. She enjoys spending time with her family and raising her son in South Florida.
