Lance Aker​

Lance is a partner at Kapp Morrison Aker LLP, a boutique law firm focused on corporate and commercial real estate transactions in Florida and nationwide. He advises EML Realty Partners on corporate and real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and leasing.

Prior to joining Kapp Morrison Aker, Lance was an associate at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he was a member of the firm's Florida real estate and corporate transactional practice. He earned his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and his bachelor's degree from Hamilton College.
