Lance Aker​

Lance is a partner of Kapp Morrison LLP, a boutique law firm focused on corporate and commercial real estate transactions in Florida and nationwide. He provides EML Realty Partners with expertise in corporate and real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leasing.

Previously Mr. Aker worked at Proskauer Rose LLP, where he was a member of the firm’s Florida real estate and corporate transactional practice. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Hamilton College.
