Kevin Buxton​

Kevin joined EML Realty Partners in 2023 and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, managing due diligence and closing processes, and overseeing asset management and lease-up activities to ensure alignment with all underwriting assumptions.

 

He earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Miami University (Ohio) in 2013 and a master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Miami. Recently, Kevin won Costar’s Season 2 Competition of Battle of the Bids, netting $1.02m in proceeds.

 

Originally from Michigan, Kevin enjoys playing padel and golf and is an enthusiastic supporter of all things Michigan State.
