Kevin Buxton​

Kevin joined EML Realty Partners in 2023 and is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, managing due diligence and closing processes, and overseeing asset management and lease-up activities to ensure alignment with investment underwriting assumptions.

​

Kevin earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University (Ohio) in 2013 and a master's degree in Real Estate from the University of Miami. He was named the winner of CoStar's Season 2 Battle of the Bids competition, generating $1.02 million in proceeds.

Originally from Michigan, Kevin enjoys playing padel and golf and is an enthusiastic supporter of Michigan State athletics.
