Commercial real estate investment firm poised for future growth in South Florida

Based in Jupiter, FL, EML Realty Partners recently announced three major acquisitions in 2021 with The Becker Organization, based in Montclair, NJ, as their joint venture partner.

EML Realty Partners specializes in the acquisition of opportunistic commercial real estate investments, with a diverse portfolio of industrial, flex, office, retail, and entertainment properties. Founded by Eric M. Levitt, EML Realty Partners specializes in creating value on these properties after they are acquired. Prior to moving to Florida, EML Realty Partners was a very active and well-respected real estate firm in the Mid-Atlantic region.

The three recent acquisitions, totaling just under 20 million dollars, that EML Realty Partners joined with the The Becker Organization as a joint venture partner include:

• Kirby Corporate Center: A 100,000 sq. ft. industrial warehouse building, fully leased to UPS as one of its key distribution centers. The property is located in Palm Bay, Florida.

• Westroads Industrial Property: A multi-tenant industrial building that contains 30,000 sq. ft. of rentable area in West Palm Beach, FL.

• Jupiter Innovation Center: A 45,000 sq. ft., beautifully maintained, two-story premiere office/research and development property designed for life sciences and technology tenants, located in Jupiter, Florida.

These ventures come on the heels of several acquisitions made in the height of the pandemic in 2020. EML Realty Partners has purchased several commercial buildings in addition to The Becker Organization joint venture deals above; these properties include industrial, office, and retail throughout the Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties.
